The house of 120 m2 of interior and another 120 m2 of terrace, is south facing and is rented fully furnished. Its stunning sea views will make you immerse yourself in an intoxicating experience and its proximity to the beach and supermarkets will make your stay as comfortable as possible.

The penthouse consists of living-dining room, open plan kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a solarium.

The living-dining room has a two-seater sofa and 2 armchairs, a coffee table, a Smart TV and a dining table with space for six people.

The kitchen is open style with breakfast bar and fully equipped, in it you can enjoy oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster and all kinds of utensils for everyday life such as crockery, cutlery, glassware and cookware. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with washing machine and dryer.

The master bedroom is equipped with a double bed and an en suite bathroom with shower. The second bedroom has been equipped with a double bed and the third bedroom has been equipped with two single beds (which can be joined to form a double bed), in addition the apartment has been provided with a second full bathroom to share.

We provide bath towels, bed linen and hairdryer, and for a small fee we have beach towels, so you only need to bring your personal items for your vacation in the Miradores del Sol.

The urbanization has a communal swimming pool.

In less than 15 minutes walk you can reach the beach and restaurants. Malaga airport is 55 min.
