Here you will find detailed information about the booking process, how check-in and check-out work, and the house rules. It also covers what to do in case of an emergency and all the necessary information to make your stay smooth and comfortable.

It depends on who makes the cancellation:

  • If the cancellation is made by Homewatch, the full amount paid will be refunded and every effort will be made to rehouse the guest in similar accommodation.
  • If the guest cancels more than 31 days in advance, a fee of 50% of the total booking amount will apply.
  • If the guest cancels 31 days or less before arrival, a fee of 100% of the total booking amount will apply.

  • For any cancellation made before check-in, deposits and cleaning fees will always be refunded.
  • If the guest cancels while already staying at the property, rental and cleaning payments are non-refundable, and the deposit will be returned after the corresponding checks.

Baintex is the smart electronic lock we use in our properties. It allows guests to access the accommodation easily and securely using their mobile phone, with no need for physical keys.

This system ensures greater security, convenience, and the option of self check-in, avoiding unnecessary waiting.

You will receive specific instructions to download and set up the Baintex app on your phone a few days before your arrival, along with your personal invitation.

  • Check-in: from 16:00 to 21:00 free of charge; from 21:00 to 00:00 with a €50 fee; from 00:00 to 02:00 with a €100 fee (latest check-in at 02:00).

  • Check-out: until 11:00; each additional unauthorized hour will be charged at €50/hour from the deposit.

Guests must notify their arrival time 24 hours in advance, confirm 1 hour before arrival, and present ID for all guests at check-in.
