Bahia de Marbella: A beachside community with 24-hour security

Bahia de Marbella is a picturesque beachside community located on the southern coast of Spain. It offers residents a safe and secure environment with 24-hour security, but unfortunately, there is no access control. The community boasts a prime location, with a variety of urbanizations to choose from, all within walking distance of the beach.

Urbanizations to choose from

First-line beach urbanizations include Urbanización Pueblo Mediterraneo, which features apartments with underground parking and direct access to the blocks. Las arenas is another first-line beach urbanization that offers apartments in the back rows and townhouses in the first line. These townhouses come with garages underneath and direct access to the blocks in most of the apartments. Las Dunas is a popular option for residents who want apartments with direct access to the beach and private garages inside of the townhouses.

Second-line beach urbanizations include Las Salinas, which is located above Las Dunas, and also offers direct parking underneath the property in a communal garage. Atrium is another option, located at the top of the area, which is only a 5-minute walk to the beach. Las Brisas and Gran Bahía Marbella are other urbanizations in the area that offer residents a comfortable living experience.

Convenient location

The community is located 45 minutes away from Malaga airport, 15 minutes away from Puerto Banus and 10 minutes away from Marbella Center. Additionally, it is right on the other side of Hospital Costa del Sol, which is a public hospital. There is a supermarket across the street, Aldi, which makes it convenient for residents to buy groceries.
