And, speaking of beaches, Las Vioborillas is one of the closest, being only 500 meters from the house, and you can see its beautiful sea from the terrace of the house. Although this is not the only beach near the property, and is that the Playa de la Yuca, very characteristic for its rocky areas, Malibu Palace Beach or Arroyo Hondo Beach, are others, of the most typical of Benalmadena, which, thanks to its proximity, you can visit them on foot.

Finally, regarding the area, if you are passionate about sports, you will have the golf course: Golf Torrequebrada; or, if you are looking for hiking, you will find the Coastal Path, less than 300 meters away, or the Paloma Park, a public park, with a great variety of flora and fauna, which you can visit by car. Water sports? On the aforementioned beaches you can practice everything from paddle surfing to scuba diving, among many other activities; what more could you ask for?

Now, leaving aside the location, as for the house that concerns us are its 66 m², as well as its single floor, which make it a very cozy and comfortable environment.

The living-dining room has a table with space for 6 people, in case you want to invite friends and family, two sofas, with a space, each one of them, for 2 more people, a smart-TV and a nice decoration made up, in its majority, by natural and artificial plants; besides a direct access to a wonderful terrace-balcony, with views to the mountain and the Mediterranean Sea, as well as a chill-out area made up by a small table and a sofa for 2.

On the other hand, on this single floor, you will also find a kitchen, with a dining table and equipped with all kinds of basic utensils and appliances such as oven, hob, washing machine, etc.. In addition, you will also find a glass door that will lead you to another of the terraces of the property, very similar to the previous one, but this time with a small circular table and 3 chairs, ideal to enjoy a good coffee or tea accompanied by excellent views.

Finally, regarding the interior of the apartment, from the terrace mentioned above and which is accessed from the kitchen, you will also have access to the last two rooms of the house: a bedroom with a double bed, a large closet and a cable TV and a bathroom with bathtub.

But that’s not all, and is that, as a plus, we must mention that the urbanization has an excellent community pool, open almost all day and even during the night, from 8:00 to 23:00 hours, to be exact, in which to enjoy some fantastic dips when the heat tightens, and even when it does not do so much; because this is also available to you and your guests throughout the year. In addition to two terraces, both also communal, one of them located on the top floor of the building, with two dining tables accompanied by umbrellas, and the other of the aforementioned next to the front door of the apartment and, in this case, with a smaller table designed for 2 people.
