The penthouse is built on two floors and consists of three terraces in total, a covered terrace with sofa, dining table and a sun lounger, a roof terrace with seating area, dining table and three sun loungers and a smaller, north facing terrace for hot days.

The holiday flat consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan kitchen with separate utility room, a spacious living/dining room with access to the large covered terrace with spectacular sea and pool views.

On the entrance level is the open plan kitchen with living and dining area, the covered terrace and two bedrooms sharing a bathroom. On the upper floor is the master bedroom with a double bed and en suite bathroom. All bedrooms are equipped with blinds to ensure your rest.

Bath towels and bed linen are provided, and for a small fee beach towels are available, so you only need to bring your personal items for your holiday at Miradores del Sol.

Both bathrooms are equipped with modern showers, washbasin, toilet and hairdryer. In addition, both bathrooms have underfloor heating, which is beneficial in the colder winter months.

The two bedrooms on the entrance level are equipped with 2 single beds (90×200) which can be joined into one large double bed.

The living room of our holiday home in Miradores del sol also has the possibility to adjust the temperature individually and is decorated with great care in a unique style and very well equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The smart TV has more than 2000 international channels and fibre optic internet access is available throughout the holiday flat. It also has a bluetooth speaker so you can connect it to your device.

The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, microwave, multifunctional oven, fridge, induction hob and dishwasher. It also has all kinds of kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, wine glasses and champagne glasses, etc. The laundry room is equipped with washing machine and dryer.

The holiday flat is located next to many golf courses and only 5 minutes from Puerto Banus. In less than 20 minutes walking distance you can reach the beach and supermarkets. Malaga airport is 55 min. away.

In the communal area you will find 2 tropical pools with outdoor showers, one for adults and one for children, Jacuzzis and a children’s play area. Opening hours may vary according to season, subject to availability.
