The house, distributed on two levels, has been designed with comfort and enjoyment in mind and from its garden you can enjoy views of the sea, Gibraltar, Africa and the mountains.

On the upper floor, you discover a living room equipped with a gas fireplace, chaise longue sofa and desk, perfect for relaxing or working. The room is complemented by a dining room with capacity for six people and a second relaxation room. The two terraces accessible from the living room offer versatile spaces for outdoor entertaining; one equipped with sofas, and adjoining the garden where there is an outdoor shower and hammocks, and the other with a barbecue area and dining table for six people. The kitchen, located on the same floor, leaves nothing to be desired, fully equipped with the best qualities, microwave, two-door refrigerator, hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer, kettle and toaster and with all kinds of kitchenware, crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchenware,

The master bedroom, with its king size bed (180×200), bathtub, shower and private terrace, offers stunning views of the sea and mountains, promising magical awakenings. On the lower floor, guests will find two additional bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and access to a small garden. The first bedroom has a King Size bed (180×200) and the second bedroom has a Queen size bed (160×200).

To ensure a worry-free stay, we provide bath towels, bed linen, and for a small fee, beach towels. The house is equipped with air conditioning and fiber optic WIFI throughout the property, as well as a parking space included in the rental.

The urbanization offers access to a swimming pool, gym, and sauna, (the children’s pool is closed until further notice), ensuring fun and relaxation for all tastes.
