We perform maintenance and cleaning services to private and vacation properties, both indoors and outdoors. Your property will always be in good condition and cared for by the best professionals.
We are a committed, serious and effective company with a highly qualified human team that will be exclusively dedicated to the maintenance, prevention and repair of your property.
We have extensive experience and we know what is important to our customers, therefore, we offer 24-hour maintenance service.

MAINTENANCE SERVICES

• Periodic home inspection: We check your home periodically so that it is always in good condition. We check the alarm system, air conditioning, heating, lights, gas, water, sanitary appliances, taps and electrical appliances so that they always work well and avoid any unwanted unforeseen events. We check the property for signs of humidity, water or gas leaks, and infestations.

• Failure management: We take care of identifying and repairing any breakdown that may arise. Our specialized team will solve the problem as soon as possible and will be in charge of carrying out an exhaustive follow-up of any repair. Our team consists of plumbers, carpenters, locksmiths, painters, electricians, and heating and air conditioning installers.

• Garden maintenance: full service or tailored to your needs. We take care of pruning plants, shrubs, trees and palm trees; fertilization; replacement of plants; review of irrigation systems; watering plants and gardens; pest detection; phytosanitary treatments; and any problem that may arise.

• Pool maintenance: comprehensive conditioning, cleaning and start-up service for your pool throughout the year. Your pool will always comply with the hygienic-sanitary requirements established by regulations.

• 24 hour emergency call service

Price list

Apartment / Townhouse

•  1 to 3 bedrooms: € 95 / month
•  4 or more bedrooms: € 120 / month

Villa

• 2 to 3 bedrooms: € 175 / month
• 4 or more bedrooms: € 199 / month

– NB: The prices shown do not include IVA

– Pool maintenance and gardening services are not included, an individualized budget will be made for each client.

– The costs of breakdowns are charged separately.

CLEANING SERVICES

• Home cleaning: Our professional team of cleaners is highly qualified and trustworthy. They will be in charge of tidying up your private and / or vacation property so that it is ready at all times, both upon arrival or the arrival of your tenants, upon departure and during the stay in the home, and even in the periods in which you you are not living on the property.

• The daily cleaning service must be requested 48 hours in advance and from one of our managers.

•  The cost of laundry is not included in the cleaning fees.
