What do you want to taste the most typical Spanish food? Then do not hesitate to visit the restaurant Casa Blanca Banus, as well as the bar-restaurant La Pesquera, specialized in seafood, or the beach bar Levante Beach, where you can taste, for example, a good paella. And, to enjoy other types of food, such as Italian or Argentinean, you can always try the Pizzeria Picasso, the Carpaccio Restaurant or the Tango Grill, the latter specializing in meats, among many others.

And, if after eating what you feel like is to have a good cocktail, a few steps away you can find, from beach bars like Asucar Beach or Los Espigones, located on the beach of Nueva Andalucía, to pubs such as Babilonia Banus or O’Grady’s. As well as cocktail bars like the Astral, a place to live a different experience, among other things for its peculiar shape simulating a traditional sailing ship.

You will have available, a few meters away, luxury brands such as Louis Vuitton, Dior or Michael Kors, which is also a reflection of the great prestige that this area offers; as well as some of a slightly less expensive, as would be the cases of Zara or, many more of the style of the latter, in the Marina Banus Shopping Center.

Finally, as for the area, if what you like is sport you will be in luck because you can enjoy several golf courses nearby, if you travel by car, as the Real Club de Golf Las Brisas, Golf Club Aloha or Los Naranjos Golf Club; as well as the activities offered by the company Water Sports Banus that you can find on the beach and with which you can do from canoeing to water skiing.

The spacious and bright living room, which has a smart TV, a nice sofa, accompanied by a seat type puff, and a dining table, connects directly to the private terrace of the property. On this terrace you will find another dining table, in this case round, and designed for six guests. In addition, it is thanks to this terrace that you can enjoy beautiful panoramic views of both the urban environment of Puerto Banus and the wonderful mountain of La Concha.

The kitchen, American style, is integrated into the living room and is fully equipped with modern appliances, including refrigerator, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, and a basic kitchenware to make you feel that you lack absolutely nothing.

The 2 bedrooms are tastefully decorated, offering comfortable beds, fitted closets and high quality bed linen and towels. One of them, the master bedroom, has a double bed and excellent natural light, as it also has a balcony. The second one, on the other hand, is made up of two single beds and also has plenty of light thanks to a window that opens onto the main terrace that we mentioned before.

Finally, at your disposal a cozy bathroom, which is en suite in the master bedroom, with bathtub and fully equipped with sink, toilet and fresh towels.

As extras mention a WIFI that is available throughout the property, plus bed linen and towels, because yes, we care very much about your comfort and well-being. In addition, there is a parking space, so if you come with your own vehicle, parking is not a problem to visit the various, and beautiful, towns that make up our beloved Costa del Sol, as well as the center of Marbella, just 15 minutes, approximately, by car. There is also a smoke detector, a decibel detector and a crowd detector.
