If you are a golf lover you have several golf courses next door such as Golf Course in Estepona or Atalaya Golf & Country Club, if what you like is the beach you can go to Playa del Saladillo just 2 km away and if you want is to enjoy the most famous towns on the Costa del Sol Puerto Banús is only 10 minutes away by car and Marbella center 20 minutes away.

The property is distributed on one floor and consists of a spacious open floor plan where the living room, dining room and kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a 38 m2 terrace are distributed.

The living room is made up of two triples and a smart TV where you can relax after a busy day. The dining room decorated with a long wooden table with space for six people.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances: oven, refrigerator, induction hob, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, crockery, glassware, cutlery and kitchenware. The most spectacular thing is that from any part of these three rooms you have incredible views of the sea.

The main bedroom with a double bed and fitted wardrobes is en suite, with a walk-in shower and a spacious sink. The second bedroom has a double bed and fitted wardrobes.

The terrace extends along the entire southern part of the property and has a chill out room with sofas and another solarium room with two sun loungers.

The property has air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen, bath towels and parking space. For your safety, the property complies with all the legal regulations. It has a smoke detector, a fire extinguisher and a first-aid kit.

In the urbanization for the enjoyment of all there are two swimming pools, one of them for children (opening hours may vary depending on season, subject to variation of availability).
