Also very close to the house is Los Monteros beach and the Río Real golf course, if you fancy a day of relaxation there is the La Cabane beach club and if you want to taste Mediterranean and international cuisine there is Trocadero Arena, Mangaleta, Hipopotamos Beach, Nosso Summer and Bono Beach.

The house is distributed over 4 floors, on the ground floor there is the living-dining room with a chaise-longue sofa, a coffee table, a smart TV, a dining table with space for 4 people and a fireplace. The kitchen has all the appliances and everyday items: refrigerator, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, crockery, cutlery, glassware, cutlery, cookware and table linen. And a guest toilet.

On the first floor are the two en-suite bedrooms with their own dressing room. The master bedroom has a double bed, a balcony with views of the garden and pool, and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. The guest bedroom has two single beds with a small balcony and bathtub in the bathroom.

On the second floor is the terrace/solarium with barbecue, an outdoor dining table and hammocks.

On the ground floor there is also a covered terrace with a sofa and an outdoor table and a garden with direct access to the pool.

On the basement floor is the exclusive garage of the property.

Our property has air conditioning, WIFI, bed linen and bath towels, for a small price you can have beach towels.

The urbanization has two swimming pools, hammocks and a garden with palm trees.
