Welcome to our holiday home in Marbella center, walking distance to everything you need and 7 min walk from the old town and 5 min drive from the famous Puerto Banús.
Marbella center is known for its wide gastronomic offer and its many activities for both children and adults. The apartment is located a few minutes walk from the beaches of Marbella, the Marbella marina and the historic center.
The apartment is distributed on one floor and consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace.
At the entrance you will find the fully equipped kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, etc.
The living room is equipped with a sofa, 2 armchairs and a TV. The dining room is equipped with a dining table with 4 chairs. The terrace has an outside table, perfect for relaxing.
It has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds, the bathrooms are equipped with a shower, a sink and a toilet.
We provide bath towels and sheets for all rooms so you only have to bring your personal items.
The house is air conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.
There is also WIFI available in all rooms.
Also included in the rent is a parking space.
