The main entrance level houses a tastefully furnished bedroom, a fully equipped bathroom, a state-of-the-art kitchen, and an expansive living-dining area that opens up to a breathtaking terrace. Descend to the lower floor to discover a magnificent master suite with its own bathroom and a private terrace, both offering the same extraordinary vistas.

A recent addition, the rooftop, accessible from the upper terrace, now features a delightful jacuzzi. Relax and unwind while soaking in panoramic views that will make your stay unforgettable. In total, the property spans 90m² of living space and 55m² of terrace area, with all spaces benefiting from a southern exposure.

Additionally, our penthouse offers a private garage parking space. However, if needed, you’ll find numerous free parking options nearby.

Our apartment is furnished with meticulous care to ensure an exceptional stay for our guests. Here’s what you can expect:

With three communal pools, the property is a 12-minute drive to Puerto Banus and the beach, 8 minutes to the nearest supermarket (Mercadona), 15 minutes to Marbella city center, and approximately 45 minutes to Malaga airport.

As an exclusive monthly rental, our penthouse is a wonderful option for vacationing guests, transient residents, or anyone in need of a short-term housing solution. The prices vary per season and all payments must be made upfront at the beginning of the rental period. A standard monthly fee of €120 is applied for electricity, with excess usage deducted from the security deposit. Rest assured, there are no agency commission fees.
