Monthly Rental Rates: We offer competitive prices tailored to the season. November through March is €1,600 per month, April is €1,900, May through October is €2,200, June and September are €2,800, and the peak months of July and August are €4,900 per month.
Payment Terms: All payments are to be made upfront at the start of the rental period.
Electricity: A standard monthly fee of €120 is applied for electricity. Any usage exceeding this limit will be deducted from the security deposit.
Commission: We guarantee no agency commission fees.
Our property is particularly suitable for those seeking a temporary residence, as per the ‘arrendamiento para uso distinto de la vivienda’ stipulation of the LAU.
