The house is built on one level. It consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room with direct access to the terrace, an American kitchen and a private garden.

The living room is equipped with a chaise longue sofa, 1 armchair, smartTV and the dining room has a dining table with 6 chairs. From the living room you can access the terrace which has views of the Alboran Sea and is decorated with an outdoor dining table, a large outdoor sofa perfect for relaxing at any time of the day and sun loungers.

The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, two-door refrigerator, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, etc. It also has all kinds of kitchenware such as crockery, cutlery, glassware, cookware and table linen. In the same kitchen there is a room where the washer and dryer are.

The master bedroom is en suite with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace, for the comfort of guests an armchair has been added. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a double sink.

The first guest bedroom is equipped with a double bed, built-in wardrobe and direct access to the garden. The second guest bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and direct access to the terrace, it has been provided with two single beds.

We provide bath towels and bed linen, and for a small fee we have beach towels, so all you have to do is bring your personal items.
