A few steps from the house you can enjoy the white sand and blue waters that reside in Los Monteros beach, where children and adults can enjoy magnificent placid days full of fun. In addition to Los Monteros beach there are also other beautiful nearby beaches such as El Alicate beach or Real de Zaragoza beach.

Near the house there are magnificent golf courses to play a few holes such as the Santa Clara Golf course or the Marbella Golf Country Club. Golf lovers will find themselves in their perfect paradise.

The surroundings of Bahia de Marbella are full of restaurants and beach bars such as Trocadero Arena, Nosso Summer, La Cabenne, Luuma or Mangaleta. There is also the Aldi supermarket that can be accessed on foot and a five-minute drive away is the Carrefour supermarket. Also very close to the house there are pharmacies.

This cozy two-story house consists of a living-dining room, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms and a toilet.

On the first floor is:

The living room is large, very spacious and light, furnished with a very comfortable sofa, an armchair, TV and a dining table.

The kitchen is fully furnished with all the necessary appliances for day to day, refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. The kitchen is also equipped with all the necessary utensils for the guest’s daily life, crockery, cutlery, glassware and kitchenware. Next to the kitchen there is a utility room with a washing machine. Adjacent to the kitchen is a guest toilet.

The terrace is accessed from the living room and has plenty of space and incredible views of the sea. In it there is an outdoor table to enjoy the best breakfasts and meals with friends or family.

On the second floor is:

The master bedroom suite has a very comfortable double bed of 1.90 × 2.00 m and a large storage capacity in its built-in wardrobes, it also has an incredible small terrace with sea views. The bathroom has a sink, toilet and a spacious bathtub for relaxing baths.

The two guest bedrooms have two very comfortable single beds of 0.90 × 1.90 m and fitted wardrobes. They share a large terrace overlooking the pool. The shared bathroom has a sink, toilet and a bathtub.

Under the building is the parking space with direct access to the property by elevator or stairs.

Throughout the house there is high-speed internet, air conditioning and central heating, bath towels, hair dryer and kitchen linen. For a small fee we provide beach towels.

The well-kept urbanization with a beautiful fountain and mature gardens with magnificent Mediterranean and tropical vegetation, has two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, in the same pool area there are bathrooms for all residents.
