The apartment is on the second floor, built on one level. It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room and dining room with direct access to the terrace with beautiful views of the community pool and a fully equipped kitchen.

Both bedrooms have a double bed and fitted wardrobes. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom.

Both bathrooms are equipped with a walk-in shower, sink, toilet and hairdryer.

We provide bath towels and bed linen for all rooms, so you only need to bring your personal items.

The apartment is fully air-conditioned, so you can adapt the temperature for heating or air conditioning.

At the entrance you have the fully equipped open kitchen with microwave, refrigerator, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster, cutlery, crockery, glassware and kitchenware.

The living room with direct access to the terrace has a large sofa with enough space for a relaxed evening. There is also a smart TV with international channels and WIFI available in all rooms.

The terrace with beautiful views of the community pool also has a living area with a dining table, to enjoy evenings outdoors with family and friends.

The dining room is equipped with a table and 4 chairs.

In addition, a garage space directly below the building is included in the rent, where you have direct access via the elevator.
