On the other hand, in this infrastructure of 220 m² you will have available a parking, 3 and a half bathrooms, a patio and 3 bedrooms, two of them with double bed and the other with two single beds; in addition to air conditioning and a large balcony, in each one, whose beautiful views of the beach and great sea views will not leave you indifferent at all, allowing you are also that natural light is always present while the sun is on the horizon. All this added to a beautiful communal pool in which to cool off on the hottest days, which will not be very complicated considering our Mediterranean climate.
