Apartment located in the Harmony Urbanization, in Cala de Mijas. The apartment is distributed on one floor, the house consisting of three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen, terrace and solarium and on a second floor the solarium.

The very bright living room with direct access to the terrace, has been decorated with retro-style furniture, has a formidable chaise-longue sofa, a smart TV. The views from the living room are incredible, being able to enjoy the sea. The dining room has a wooden table with space for 6 people.

The open-plan style kitchen is equipped with the best appliances, oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. It has been provided with all the utensils for day to day, cutlery, glassware, crockery, table linen and saucepans. Attached to the kitchen is the laundry room with washer, dryer and ironing equipment.

The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom, with walk-in showers and double sinks. The first guest bedroom has a double bed and the second bedroom has two single beds. The second bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, toilet and sink.

The terrace is spacious and has been furnished with an outdoor table to enjoy fantastic lunches or dinners with family or friends.

The solarium with about 60 m2 has a chill-out area for moments of relaxation and an area with hammocks for tanning.

The whole house has air conditioning and free Wi-Fi. With the house comes a free parking space. We provide our guests with bed linen and bath towels free of charge, and for a small extra we provide you with beach towels.
